Estructura

De pilares y vigas de hormigón armado. Forjado bidireccional de hormigón armado en apartamentos y unidireccional de semivigueta armada en bungalows.

Albañilería 

Cerramientos de fachada a la capuchina con fabrica de ladrillo hueco 1⁄2 pie de espesor, cámara de aire, y aislante térmico de poliestireno expandido, y tabique interior de ladrillo cerámico h/d de 7 cm. de espesor. Separación de viviendas con doble tabicón de ladrillo cerámico perforado de 9 cm tomados con mortero de cemento. Particiones interiores de tabique cerámico de 7cm. de espesor tomadas con mortero de cemento. Cubiertos de teja sobre tabiquillos y tablero de bardos, con aislamiento de fibra de vidrio y teja cerámica curva.

Carpintería exterior

En aluminio lacado en blanco sobre premarcos, con doble acristalamiento tipo climalit y persiana exterior de aluminio.
